Hi all - wondering if anyone else has faced this issue and worked out a fix?
I have a new Iphone (16e) and it is using iOS 18.5. The RP app doesn't seem to work unless I remove the app and reload it - it will then play. The next day however, I have to go through the process again. My previous phone (iPhone SE) didn't have these issues. All other apps on my phone seem to work ok.
It worked for me just now. I queued a two hour block on high-quality, and a six hour block on medium quality from the Rock channel. No issues, even on cellular.
"My Favourites" overplays a very small subsection of my rated music, often playing & replaying songs rated 6-7, and neglecting much of the music I have rated as 9-10. Is there any way to get My Favourites to play songs from my entire rated collection either randomly, or weighted by my scoring?
Iâve noticed this as well. I have tons of songs rated 7-10 but while some are played often, others are never or seldom played. An algorithm thing maybe?

for the past few days, I am not able to download blocks from the Rock Mix. The other genres download blocks OK. I get the error "no blocks are available for this channel. Try again later". Anyone else having trouble, or should I reload my app? Thanks for any comments
Same here. I posted about this 9 days ago. Haven't been able to download the rock mix for a few weeks now. No response received so far.

is anyone else having a problem where music stutters, stops or speeds up at regular intervals. It is happening at 3 mins past the hour or sometimes 3 mins past twenty past or twenty to the hour. Been happening for weeks now.
What player or app are you using? Is it possible that something on your network is running a script every 20 min that uses a lot of bandwidth? That's sure what it sounds like.
If that's the case, one option would be to use a lower bitrate. That would quite likely help.

Okay, now I'm listening to The Main Mix but the music is 1 song behind the What's Playing while listening via Sonos. When I listen on the webpage, everything appears to be in sync.
Iâve been seeing this on several platforms in the last few days when listening to streams. Web is ok for me as well.
