RP NEW player error

Starting this week I request to download 10 hours of the Rock mix on the
ios app and it only downloade 4 hours. If I try to add more hours it
fails to download with no error message. The other channels download
fine.
Newest IOS app. Was working fine last week.

That's not the issue. Something changed that caused multiple applications that can stream from FLAC URLs to no longer work.
I have used the FLACM endpoint URLs for years with Audirvana on my Windows PC and USB Audio Pro on my Android phones without issue. Audirvana doesn't display album art, but I was able to listen to the stream. In the last week or so, both applications can no longer play the FLACM stream at all - they display errors. Audirvana's error says "Unable to open audio file for playback" and USB Audio Pro's error says "Error decoding". How can 2 completely different applications on different operation systems suddenly stop playing the FLACM stream at the same time?

I reported what I think is the same issue in the BUG thread
Steps to reproduce it are:
1. From the RP website, select Listen|Stream Links
2. Choose Rock Mix and FLAC + Metadata
3. Click (open link in player)
4. Result - new window opens with player, but there is nothing streaming
Note, if you choose Rock Mix/FLAC as bitrate, a new window opens with a track stream (expected behavior). Selecting Main Mix/FLAC+Metadata also works as expected.
I did CURL the Rock Mix/FLAC+Metadata URL and can see that binary data is coming back, so it isn't dead as I had thought. But it's not working on at least 2 players for me (moOde + several browsers). MoOde is based on MPD.
