Downloaded new app version today - 9.1.1160 on iOS 26.4. Very crash-prone. Had to delete and reinstall but still crashing. Still no way to tell how much time or how many songs are left on downloaded content.

The Roku app that is available in the Roku Channel store (like an app store) isn't developed by Radio Paradise, and it hasn't been updated for quite some time, apparently (see here).
So it is not an RP problem, apparently. In case your TV, or Roku stick is your only listening option, you could still get RP via the TuneIn or Bakan Radio apps to be installed on your Roku.

(edit) Sadly I can't play My Favorites on TuneIn, and I can't see what's playing ... not ideal, but better than the annoyance of the RP app, I guess.

It continues to happen, even after restarting my Roku AND deleting and reinstalling the RP app. It's extremely annoying, though it seems like if I wait it out (which is 60 seconds of dead air sometimes every other song or two) it will reload. At some point I can see myself throwing the remote at the tv. Alternatively I just stop listening to RP.

This continues to happen, randomly, and is incredibly annoying. I can reload RP (this in on my Roku) and it might play okay, but ... why? Nothing else in the house has lost connection.

So you have them both playing at the same time, before they "suddenly freeze"?!
No. As soon as it freezes on the app, I load the website (not playing there). The website will not load until the music starts playing on the app. Something is happening at the website and feeds that affect the app.
RP App on Android Auto. Says "Tap to Open" on the split screen. You have to go to the main screen to open RP app and now if you slide to the right to change channels it's all grayed out. Only way to switch channels is to go back to the main screen. Also swiping at the top does nothing. Latest version of Android Auto and latest version of the RP app form the Play Store. For You Screen
I play Radio Paradise on the Mac OS app on my desktop Mac. It has been playing fine all day. It just froze. I have noted one thing though. When the feed freezes and stops playing so does the website www.radioparadise.com. When the website unfreezes so does the Mac OS app. I have found this correlation many times in the past few weeks.
The freeze just happened again at 9:05-06am EST. Both the Mac IOS App froze as did www.radioparadise.com website at the same time.
Hi, I have the same issue down here in New Zealand, can't auto fill cache block of My Paradise. Get the same error, any fix? Have deleted app and reinstalled, using latest version of Android.
People have been reporting this for at least a week now. So far, no official word from the fine folks at RP. I hope they find a solution soon.
