To the gentleman in WalMart singing along to Tina Turner, I feel obligated to point out the lyric is "what's love but a second-hand emotion" not "what's love but a sexy man emotion." Good tone though, brother...good tone.

I never looked up the lyrics to Sweet Jane, just mumbled along.

Standin' on a corner
Suitcase in my hand
Jack's in his corset
Jane is in her vest
Me, honey, I'm in a rock & roll band.
Drivin' in a Stutz Bearcat, Jim
Those were different times.

I had no idea but generally went with something like Friday musta sticka chew

For me its:

Chet's nuts roasting on an open fire,
Jack Daniels nipping at your liver...

when i hear chestnuts roasting on an open fire

to me, chestnuts sounds like jeff's nuts

just thinking about it makes uncomfortable

Last night I held Aladdin's lamp
And so I wished that I could stay
Before the thing could answer me
Well, someone came and took the lamp away
I looked around
A lousy candle's all I found

Steppenwolf ~ Magic Carpet Ride

I always thought candle was camel to this very day until I went poking around and looked at the lyrics for the first time
