First, I don't think you should have to look up the title - that would mean they could just give you the words and dispense with the images. But anyway.
The problem is that the image title is incorrect. It is not a "rowboat with oar" it is a "boat with paddle" Doesn't even have oar locks. Having been a kayaker for around 35 years, I cringe when someone calls my paddle an oar. Yeah, they punched one of my buttons. Carry on.
Understood; I've had issues with some of their naming conventions as well. I don't look up the title unless it seems really unclear or ambiguous.
The image titles were "Rowboat with Oar" and "Tent Stake", to make those homophones: row(boat)-roe, stake-steak. The oar was not part of the link, I assume that they put it in the image to indicate that it specifically was a rowboat, not just a "boat".

That's the game. They give some hints sometimes, like little highlights of what they're wanting you to look at. The "captions" are not part of the game, IMO.
It definitely helps to say the words (or possible titles) aloud.
I cannot access the captions on my IPad. So I have to try to figure out what some of the images are before I can even attempt to figure out the links to it.

I find it almost impossible to do this without reading the captions. A lot of brand-name stuff or even common things have different names or descriptors to what I would normally use.

I have to copy the image then look it up through Google to get a clue what it is sometimes.
If necessary, you can see the "title" of the image by right-clicking on it and selecting "Save Image As" from the pop-up menu. The "Save As" dialog box will show the image name. It can be helpful sometimes.
