Who ever is being deported is being put through the proper processes before they are sent home. If there is a legal reason for deportation what is wrong with that ?
Everyone as far as I know has received their due process before removal ever since the fiasco with "The Maryland Dad".
Just because someone has applied to be a citizen does not stop one from being deported with cause. Are you trying to tell me that just because they filled out an application makes them exempt from removal ?

In Wednesdayâs incident, the Customs spokesman said agents stopped the woman because they determined the car she was driving belonged to her boyfriend, who the agency said is in the country illegally. Customs has not named the boyfriend. Regalado said the woman refused to roll down her window initially, and after she did, refused to hand agents her driverâs license. Once she was out of the car, Regalado said agents found her license, ran it through their database and confirmed she is a U.S. citizen. She was then released and drove away.
All she had to do was comply with legal lawful orders from the police in an organized traffic stop and she would not have been subjected to being arrested and all of that involves. Simple as that. So this is really about a stupid person not following directions. Nothing more.
