I dreamt we spoke, I dreamt we spoke again
It'd been so long, it'd been so long my mind filled in the blanks
I dreamt we spoke, I dreamt we spoke again
It'd been so long, it'd been so long, your voice was like a ghost
In my head
In my head
Only in, yes, only in a dream
Is anything, is anything the way it used to be?
I dreamt we spoke, I dreamt we spoke again
But when I awoke, when I awoke I could not remember
Anything you said
Anything you said
Anything you said
Anything you said

It's always a pleasure to hear DCFC even though they are not my general preference to listen to.
Still splendid.

She probably likes to think that too.

Agreed, the guitar sound totally reminds of me the Cure
An easy 10 for me. What an absorbing song.
My most listened to track of 2020, according to one streaming service. It wouldn't surprise me. Sublime.
PREFECT segue from one/u2 - i bow deep bill!
So many great DCFC tunes on here
love this sound.

I dig the song.

I listened to the whole album and I got bored cause it is a little too one note for me.

I've found that  albums that sound 'one note' on the first/second listen will often reveal the quite individual sounding tracks in time. Not always, but most of the time.
I like the off-tune kalimba parts.
I've picked up the album with tickets to see them in January.  I like it except for one or two duds, which are easily skipped these days.  To my ears, not as sharp as their earlier stuff (especially Codes and Keys) and it drifts a little into Pet Shop Boys territory, but not bad overall.
This whole album top to bottom is spectacular!
First time hearing this. Really nice.
Just when I felt there was no good new music around any more. . . I hear this.

Wonderful little 'pop' ditty. Light and modern and not trying so hard it falls over.

Nice.

First time I've noticed this one.   Nice groove!
