I'm growing like a seed
Rains been falling on me
I've been covered in cold
I've been shrouded and downed
My heart is on a wire
Sailing pretty like a bird
But the hunter is out
And the eagle is hurt
The word that I
Feel, feel it all
Yes, I can feel
Feel it all
I'm looking to the sky
And I'll be listening to the stars
And maybe thinking of you
And wondering where you are
Do you know what you've done for me
You made my branches grow
Now they can play with the wind
And they can carry the snow
And they can feel
Feel it all
Yes, they can feel,
Feel it all
So take what you want
Leave what you don't need
And I'll go looking for you
You keep your eye out for me
'cause our heart is on a wire
Sitting pretty like a bird
But the hunter is hunting
And the eagle is us
And we can feel
Feel it all
Yes, we can feel
Feel it all
Oh, we can feel
Feel it all
Oh, we can feel
Feel it all
Feel, feel
Feel it all
And we can
Feel, feel it all
Feel, feel
Feel it all
Oh, we can
Feel, feel
we can feel
feel it all
Feel, feel
Feel it all

Video for this song is also great. Means to show the importance of the laws of physics in human relationships. Question of equilibrium, for example.

Beautiful writer and performer.
Bill can play KT Tunstall once a day and I won't mind. She is incredible. She's a blues woman.

Yep, it sounds like she's going back to her stripped-back singer, guitar and band approach that served her so well in her first two albums. For all that I liked Tiger Suit, IMO it was very highly-produced and experimental and didn't sound like her heart was in it. Anyway, as I'm in Auld Reekie the now, it's about time I popped into Fopp's and got a copy of the album. 8 from the Albaphile Nottingham jury, definitely wanting to hear more.

Anyone else hear a little bit of the Viagra theme music in this?

Bill, you love KT Tunstall, I get it, but do you really have to play one song of this album PER DAY?
I have the feeling that whenever I turn on Radio Paradise, no matter what time of the day or night, you play her songs. (It's getting a tiny bit annoying...) You might want to rename your radio station to Radio Tunstall

These lyrics really jumped out:
Do you know what you've done for me
You made my branches grow
Now they can play with the wind
And they can carry the snow
Did i read that this is about her late Dad?

....... superb album - all the tracks are excellent, 9 for me
Great song. Band jam version is even better.
Not fine or unique music or lyrics -- but I'm falling in love with that voice. Sweeeeeet. Scottish? Pass me that single malt and let's have a party, baby.
When listening to this album the 1st time , it was not a complete surprise because i have followed the evolution of the artist KT Tunstall, with prudence and wisdom , edit an LP 3 in 3 years, and this work arises in a natural and evolutionary way, according with the performances of acoustic character, in which the artist moves very comfortable in acoustic guitars, and secure voice, with talent, maturity and effectiveness. The most important thing for an artist whether you want to build a strong and promising career, is to create a distinct and unmistakable artistic personality. The next, and more difficult, will preserve and consolidate it. KT Tunstall, 38 years old, shows here all the aesthetic beauty of simplicity at its pinnacle. The simple appearance, and even minimalist, the instrumental support, involves hard work, aesthetic taste, harmony, so that the end result of the 2013 album "Invisible Empire / / Crescent Moon" is so beautiful and so effective. I believe that is one of the best work of 2013 in the so-called " Alternative-folk-rock " area. Has an "Americana " sounding (KT is from Scotland), which is not alien, to the excellent contribution, musician and producer from Arizona, Howe Gelb. It was worth it.
Saw her in Portland last Tuesday. Really impressive one-woman-band show; she did her percussion and backup vocals with loops she recorded right at the start of each song. She has really great range.
I'm a fan of KT's, but, despite the slower tempo, this is just too close to Feist's "Feel It All"; not just the refrain and title, but also the voice and the instrumental punctuations.
Feist's tune was all over the place (iPod ads) for a while, so you'd think KT would have made more of an effort to make it different. Then again, maybe it's not a rip off, but an homage? If so, she should have given some credit to Feist.

Elegant and cool. Not a test message.
Nice song actually, only remember her single 'Suddenly I See', good to hear she also makes more refined songs...

In keeping with the cover art, maybe it's road kill. Just sayin.

I'm starting to really like KT's music.
Beautiful, clear voice, a great song!
Love her voice. Not my fav song of hers, but I can always appreciate the bell-clarion quality in her voice.
Shivaree - Goodnight Moon
KT Tunstall - Feel it all
Should be followed up by a Katie Melua Song of your choice. Similar musical stylings. Not sure who hit the music scene first.

Ughh... Not again!

So THAT's where the howling bells get their sound from...
She is brilliant - and chameleonic - I like her more energetic stuff better, so only a 6 from me...
