What you want to be is what I am,
How you want to feel is how I feel,
But nothing stays the same when I am here,
Just waiting for it all to disappear
I know, I know, I know it'll come between us
I know, I know
I'd like to get into that pretty head,
Just to see, to see if you are dead,
And it would amuse me just to see how,
How you feel about me and this crowd
I know, I know, I know it'll come between us
I know, I know
How you want to feel is how I feel,
But nothing stays the same when I am here,
Just waiting for it all to disappear
I know, I know, I know it'll come between us
I know, I know
I'd like to get into that pretty head,
Just to see, to see if you are dead,
And it would amuse me just to see how,
How you feel about me and this crowd
I know, I know, I know it'll come between us
I know, I know

Wow. The most recent comments here are older than my kid. Love early Blur!
Am I the only one that sees Mrs. Partridge (of the Partridge Family) on the album cover?
help!!!
Now thisis early Blur. Very early single track, it was not even featured on the european version of Leisure. Good groove nevertheless.
Damn, false alarm. I thought it was the Sugarcubes' "Hit". Nope, just Blurrrr. They should have stuck with Seymour.
Their usual blandness. Apart from Parklife, I've yet to hear anything interesting from them. We already had the Kinks and The Jam. Decent at best.
Blur is good!
\:D/
love the Manny swagger and sway....
This station seems to have recently and thankfully discovered an appreciation for Madchester music. Madchester theme songs which I once uploaded and were rejected have since been added to the playlist. Latter-day Blur has been getting airplay here for a long time -- so much so that it might have been easy to forget they started out as part of the Madchester scene. Thanks for finally tossing in some of their early tunes.
thank you, thank you!! this has been one of my favorite songs from one of my all-time favorite albums, from one of my super-favorite bands for nearly 14 years now.
