Woo hoo!
Woo hoo!
Woo hoo!
Woo hoo!

I got my head checked
By a jumbo jet
It wasn't easy
But nothing i-is, no

Woo hoo!
When I feel heavy metal
Woo hoo!
And I'm pins and I'm needles
Woo hoo!
Well I lie and I'm easy
All of the time but I'm never sure why I need you
Pleased to meet you

I got my head down
When I was young
It's not my problem
It's not my problem

Woo hoo!
When I feel heavy metal
Woo hoo!
And I'm pins and I'm needles
Woo hoo!
Well I lie and I'm easy
All of the time but I'm never sure why I need you
Pleased to meet you

Yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah
Yeah, yeah
Oh yeah

YES!!!
Always imagine a Mohawk style shaved in a shaky shamanistic ceremony, gritty filmed and fractured. 90's style. THIS.

Aren't we all glad to have pootertoot tell us what is and isn't a song?!? I get a kick out of some of the kings retorts tho!

Its Thursday afternoon - tomorrow is the last day at work before Christmas 23 - WOOOO  HOOOOO
Classic; magic stuff! I like how Weezer tapped into this scalding magma a bit in their "I got my hash-pipe!" I really like the brand-new Blur I've heard on RP, too!
More Blur would be a good thing  :-)
ok

Ya know, a few less "woo-hoo's" and a bit more of that crunchy/gritty bass line and this could be pure badass.

Kinda grows on ya.

As much as I adore this song, I can only give it an 8, because it's tripe.

Delicious, delightful tripe.

But tripe, nonetheless.

Geez, six months later and we get the exact same list. Wonder if Bill has set playlists that he plugs in and keeps around for years at a time.

I was about to wish for that same list with the Smiths' "There is a Light.." and Radiohead but it's gone onto Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds' with "Nature Boy" . All good!!!

Absolutely BRILLIANT tune - just love it.  Especially fun to hear it as the soundtrack for the Guy Ritchie video "Star" promoting the BMW M5 with Madonna! (see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q1dYv_gKTA8)

How the hell am I supposed to get any work done around here? Great set.
Great set, been boppin' around my office. Thanks!
A song that never becomes old. Great tunes.
Yay Blur!!!
Hey cool, I never connected this song to the mastermind behind The Gorillaz and The Good, The Bad and The Queen. Good stuff!!

And I was gonna say that this song strikes me as good for hockey games, sports hilight reels, maybe a movie trailer with stuff blowing up...and not much else. Just my opinion but aside from its energy (and a vibe kinda borrowed from Nirvana) I don't see much going on in this song or with Blur in general...
Great set of music!
Forget the hockey games, what about all the ski/snowboard vids? makes me long for snow and the board. Oh, we had some 2 weeks ago. Nevermind.
_Very_ cool song IMO

Don't like this sort of music at all. Grating. A question of personal taste, of course. Can't say whether this band is talented or not, given what they do in this song.
Well, actually, they rarely sound the same way twice. Blur is absolutely brilliant in that they can take on any genre, make it their own, then completely take the piss out of it. Frontman Damon Albarn's Gorillaz and The Good, the Bad, and the Queen are also right up there at the rank of Genius in that respect.

yeah, thanks for playing this one! I just wanted to go to bed but I think I'll start some headbanging now. Great!
I still love this song despite it's million times a day rotation back in 1997-1998. But Blur is a great band anyway.
