You do know, well I guess you don't or you wouldn't have posted this, that all those things you have listed above already were Trump policies or actions long before Project 2025 was even thought of.
Obviously in your world though, because someone makes a list and you find things on that list means that the list came first and none of the things would have ever been done unless they were on the list. Meaning that doing these things because they are on your list means that the person doing these things endorses your list that they were on.
I guess it is kind of like predicting that the sun will rise the next morning and taking sole credit for the sunrise because you said it would rise.

We're facing a trade war, we're rounding up agricultural workers, and about to slap tariffs on food imports, so the price of groceries is going to go through the roof. You have to pledge loyalty to Trump to get disaster relief funds. The government is being purged like it's the Soviet Union. We've shut down cancer research and replaced it with moonbeams and magic crystals. And the Proud Boys are marching in the streets of Washington D.C.

Mexico appears to have barred the US from flying a military plane to Guatemala through Mexican airspace.
This deportation flight had to go all the way around the Yucatan first, and then it went through Costa Rica, suggesting Honduras may also have denied permission.

The United States and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad President.
He is such an abhorrent person and leader - I guess he didn't kill enough people during COVID, now he's cutting NIH funding, which many people participating in clinical trials count on for their continued survival - not to mention the treatment breakthroughs that often result from those trials.
