Exact same scenario here (Philly) 8-10 hours ahead. Friends on the PA side of the river had 5".... we had maybe 0.25" (10 miles East). Go another 10 miles east...and they had several inches. Rain now is very "random", and fronts seem to move in very unpredictable ways....fast....slow....fast....
I think itâs time that we invest in a boat since this will become the new normal.
Just 1 town south of Boston got 7â+ in a couple of hours this morning not including the 4â+ the day before. Major highways were shut down.
Me on the other hand was lucky with about .75â.

Last night, before I went to bed at 9:30... it was 102 F.
Boy did it and has it been raining here. 40 years maybe. Something. Had to cancel a rehearsal last night because of it.
We're going to gather at open mic tonight (more rain expected) and salvage the week with some Doors stuff. I intend to go insane. Well,
only for a little while. Riders On The Storm seems appropriate. Maybe Five To One or Been Down So Long for a blues fix. LA woman because it's so satisfying to play and stretch out...
Drove 40+ miles to get the last 21â Craftsman M220C 163cc commercial-grade engine self propelled mower from ACE. Has the side chute which most mowers are lacking now a days, but the only thing it doesnât have is the fold down handle like my old one, but they list it in the assembly instructions.
Got it home, took it out of the box, assembled it, added the oil and it started to rain.
Buyer rated at 4.7. On sale $369.99 after $30 off. Now I got to wait until late Saturday after the rains stop.
And today, with all this rain, they took us off the moderate drought. But now the grass is 4â tall with all the rain.

Probably will stick with a 22â gas mower since I have a lot of neighbors leaves in the Fall. Would like an electric, but those are still too expensive on my no budget.

Electric or Mower? I love my EGO.

Itâs raining still, one drip drop at a time. Everything is green and the weeds are growing like crazy. This is OK since my mower blew up and I need to buy a new one this week.

Congratulations!
