Michael Davis, bassist for MC5 died at Enloe Medical Center in Chico, Calif., on Friday afternoon, Feb 19, 2012, after a month-long hospitalization for liver disease. He was 68 years old.

I had to email him a couple of months ago to find out who the artist was, because all I remembered was the song and title.

I heard a LOT of bass lines when my brother used to sit in his room and play along with music we couldn't hear in his headphones. Later, I learned that they were these songs (and a few others I can't think of right now...).
