REINFORCEMENTS HAVE ARRIVED! 400,000 people crossed the Bosphrous bridge into Istanbul to join the Taksim Gezi protest. Yesterday the police attacked the protesters and park killing 2-3 people and wounding 300 more. A call went out for help and solidarity and it looks like that call has been answered.

Blimey, amazing photo. The authorities in most countries must dread the summer, all the warm weather for rioting in.
