The watch is temperamental... the actual song transfer can take anything from 5 minutes to 3 days in my tests. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do, the API are limited to “send data to watch” on phone and “got data from phone” on the watch. Whatever happens between is a black box. It works better/faster if the batteries are full and, once in a while, the phone needs a reset (like you did).

Anyone else have this problem? The cache manager looks like its working, just when I try yo download to the watch it appears to show the new cache size but whenever I try to play anything it says no playlist has been downloaded, I have uninstalled.reinstalled multiple times. No joy.
