PSD seems to be broken in the rp3.0beta player.  I click it then choose a category (doesn't seem to matter which category) and it just goes silent. Seems to work once I skip the current (silent) track. (by 'seems to work' I mean that music plays and the PSD button is green.)

Philip Glass finished, then Rebecca's drop-in plays on a loop, overlapping and at different volumes.

Things are coming more slowly on the new player than I'd hoped — and now that project is colliding with our existing plans for the summer. However, I'm still working on it & hope to have something to unveil before too much more time passes.

As of yesterday, it's been 100% broken for me. Popup or tab tries to play, gives up and closes itself. Mac Chrome. Reboot didn't fix it.

What's the latest Beta Player news?

The "Coming soon" page says the new Beta Player might be rolling out at the end of April... Is the new player still in development?

Before I could investigate it, it segue'd into Genesis, Follow You, Follow Me. So I said, ah HA I get the segue but when I went to the playlist, the song's not there.

I honestly don't know if I heard Eleanor Rigby, but I don't think so. Out of curiosity, I clicked "Show Web Stream Playlist" and that has no relation whatsoever to what's been playing. How out of sync is the live stream from the normal cached stream? 
  
So anyway, the playlists continue to befuddle me.

Feature request: Would it be possible, in the PSD options, to include "New to RP" songs? Like I could mash that button and get 6 of whatever you've added to the rotation in the last few months?

I never noticed it before, but the Personal Play History is wrong; the Web Stream Playlist is what I heard. I didn't skip any songs in this span...

PSD 1 Rockin' has failed to do anything but stop the main stream, twice now.

Clicking 1 Groovy worked the first time I tried it.

My sense of order would be less offended if the volume slider in tab view was moved a touch to the left to line up with the pane below.

Aside from that beginning of Siouxie and the Banshees Kiss them for Me ran over the end of Grateful Dead Franklin's Tower, but I don't know if that's a beta thing or something else.

The RP3 Beta Player is the first player I've been able to use to listen to Radio Paradise in about a year.  It works well for me with no glitches.  I'm glad to be listening again.

I've noticed over the last few days, when I try using PSD I get dead air, until the regular on air song ends, then I'm back to the mainstream.  I've tried using both Chrome and  Firefox with the same result.
