Of course we are!

Don't you know the media big wigs have thousands carefully reading the RP forum so that they know what the next big topic should be.

We are the seers of our age.

Like I said before you make 27 feature films and some are bound to be stinkers.

Even Babe Ruth didn't hit a home run every time at bat.

  Exactly. If Sal Mineo could practice drumming enough to be a passable Gene Krupa, Chuck could have expended a little effort to blow in a mouth harp. Sheesh.

Maybe mine too. The cast is incredible, for starters. Fonda is brilliant, utterly unvarnished evil. Bronson is a bit of a weak spot, compared with the rest. And Claudia? Holy schmoley!

The bit with Jack Elam and the fly is cinematic genius.

Still great.
And the music!

  Quite possible. His character really had no redeeming qualities, there was no 'moment of enlightenment' to soften him. Hard to watch, harder to accept Henry as an utterly rotten bastard.

But when Claudia first puts her head out the train window? Wow.

You might be surprised that the vast majority of "swear words" have centuries long pedigrees.

there was a lot of controversy around some of the more modern terms being used. and even if they were found to be centuries old, it was obscure enough to not be tossed around like they were doing. it really was distracting to an otherwise good show.

I think if they were to be truly historical accurate regarding language it most definitely could not be aired on prime time television as it was originally. You would not get very far watching Spartacus Gods of War!{#Stop}{#Lol}
