Simple arithmatics.
Over here, here or here we shouldn't be so proud.

It's dark. That may mean that the sun has gone out. Never mind what time it is—it's a crisis.
Great Twilight Zone episode titled 'I Am The Night, Color Me Black'. Worth a viewing. c. Lag time. It's what's for supper...

Sunrise is at 7:05 am for freedom loving republicans, and at 7:05.37 for liberal democrats who refuse to acknowledge the light filtered through the tops of the trees they are hugging. that's a solid point personally my challenge is that most of the time i'm a pattern seeking creature (identify risk and seek to neutralize/mitigate it ) i see a problem and my observation and solution building framework kicks in my other half swears it is not normal when dining out to draw an efficiency flow chart on a napkin and hand it to the manager on the way out the door

should politicians intervene in a problem when they don't know what they're doing?
cash for clunkers obviously had serious unintended consequences

what is it with the recent news that Tesla have patented a new battery design that has 10x the capacity of existing ones? Until we can drive one it's just more hype. I've lived thru sooooo many breakthrus that were going to, this time, make electric cars happen for people who aren't wealthy enough to virtue signal with their cars. You can patent anything. Build it and prove it.

I don't see a call to government action anywhere here at all. I double checked the article and it seemed to me to be pretty much informational, and informative. It even had a quote noting that the market would adjust for the problem at hand:

Just anticipating the next move. In order to propose a program to address a crisis you first have to have a crisisâin this case, one generated by all the previous programs, proposed to address the previous crises.

- More subprime lending? No, wait, that's putting people on the hook for things they can't afford.
- Subsidized car sales? No, wait, that will further reduce supply and drive up prices.
- Mass transit! Yeah, herd 'em all into buses and subways that require massive subsidies. And get back to me when they actually meet the needs of people who don't live in urban centers.
But whatever, it's capitalism's fault. I don't see a call to government action anywhere here at all. I double checked the article and it seemed to me to be pretty much informational, and informative.
