Hey you
can I breathe
if my chest is covered

Hey you
is my face making sense
Eyes can't be still
in a moment so tense

Here babe
are the notes you must play
This babe, is the procedure

Here babe
not in another way
I can assure you
that you will be okey

Once would do
once could change everything
Once could tell
and help me to clear out
some things

Once would make
no difference at all
Once or not
I've already made this fall

Hey you
make the most of the time
You've got to cross many borders

If you can't control your mind
something will happen
it's just a question of time

Oh babe
I can not concentrate
I'm here for the wrong reason

It's you who makes my knees shake
One season, then
the brakes're gonna break

Sorry--I think this song is gorgeous. I give it a 9.

Yes, except karaoke does not usually take itself so seriously when it is being bad. 2 (generous).

weird paradox. decently high rating, hammered in the actual comments. I'll go on record as LIKING this one. so much in fact, that I bought the CD. So there. That said, there's even better stuff on the CD.
sadly in most aspects of life, many are quicker to openly criticize than to openly praise. we need both. btw...i rate this a 1, without making a critical comment. (oops...)
Jeez! I'll burst out in tears.
Who are these people...make them go away!
Hey you, It's almost Saturday...
another one a those overplayed 'rp' songs >:(

I had to turn the volume down until this went away.
This could've worked, but then the guy joins in and sings. Sorry, this is just goofy!

i couldn't say it better.
I like it...but then, I always like Sophie...this track sounds remarkably reminiscent of Pink Floyd...even the male vocal does.

Haha... well, hopefully it's just something minor. Hate to see RP go down again just as b & r are recovering from the attack of the brazilian script kiddiez.
glad i don't know code... i would be tempted to "RULE THE WORRLLDDD"

why is it that every time I turn on RP this artist is playing?......blecck....this sounds like Claudine Longe(spelling)meets Kris Kristofferson or Willie Nelson
Since when did Leonard Cohen go drag?
Such an intimate feel to this song. I like...not a 10 or anything, but nice.
I'am sorry. truly. I'll usually give anything a chance, but this song just makes me tear out the earbuds.

Nice little tune.

I agree, wholeheartedly. There is no reason I can see To listen to this repeatedly When once will do, most certainly.
agreed once in a blue moon is fine with me, but it looks like this gets played ALL THE FREAKIN TIME

Well, that has given me rather complex visuals to go with this song. Nuns and whips, riding crops and flowing robes. I...I...may need to go to the little booth with the sliding door.
Are you referring to the booth where you must insert coins to open the window, or the other kind, with the robed and collared man on the other side of the sliding door? Both, perhaps?
I like this even though I don't know why 8)
Other than her cover of Dylan's "Most of the Time" I haven't heard anything by Sophi Zelmani. Anyone care to make a reccomendation?
Wow, I've never heard of Sophie Zelmani for years!!! The only song I knew from her was "It's always you" (I don't remember when exactly, somewhere in the 90's). She was very popular at that time. Glad to hear her lovely voice again!!
Nice, a bit like the Morcheeba song

I thought is was a cover of "wish you where here" when it started.
A nice, comfortable 7...
With the exception of that awful Sheryl Crow/Whatshisname thing that's polluted the commercial air for the last couple of years, I rather like m/f "conversational duets"--this one included.
I can recommend the whole album. It's the best I've heard from her.

The male singer is Freddie Wadling and I have no idea if his records have been played in the US. I know he was a member of "The Leathernun" and "FlÀskkvartetten" ("The Pork Quartet" ), He's from Sweden and so is the female singer, Sophie Zelmani.

I thought so too. This Sophie person sounds VERY much like Jewel. Kind of a snorefest, this song...

I'm not sure why, but it keeps making me think of David Bowie.

Not sure WHY I like this, but I think I like this. Very 'Mountain Home' sound . Sitting on a rocking chair on the front porch of an old cabin in the hills...
I heard a Sophie Zelmani song yesterday, and I was quite delighted. Now I get to hear another one, too! I agree, though, the conversational ballad leaves a little to be desired.

sorry, conversational male/female duets always make me slightly nauseous. I kind of like the beginning, but it's all downhill from there...
The wicked witch could have used this on dorothy instead of poppies.
jewel?

Wow, does this ever sound like a Nick Cave/Kylie Minogue duet.
nice song. I give it a 8.
Simply awesome... :meditate.gif:
this isn't Ani? hmmm...
Very pretty song. This was one of my favorites from the LRC.
