Any reason you've not played this in 12+ years, bud?
Good God, that is some Outlaw!
"I got all my country learning,"
"picking cotton, raising hell, and bailing hay."
(too bad about his son.)
LOVIN' this!!!
Yee.

Dang, people. Open yer ears! Blows my mind when folks shut out a tune because it fits into a category that's "not cool" or that they've convinced themselves to not like anything in it. Music is a spectrum, not a bunch of boxes labeled "rock" "country" "classical".......
The funny thing is, they no doubt think they're very well informed and "eclectic" about all things musical.

I second that.

I PREFER BR-549's version.
A haywagon full o' rockin' fun, this.
No more bloody country..
billy joe is missing fingers on his guitar playin' hand and still rocks. this guy is the real deal - a hilarious story teller and amazing man...
I also like BR-549\'s version of this tune
Now THAT\'S country. Rock-a-billy good time tune.
A classic song!
This version is from the band Shaver, with Billy Joe singing and his son, Eddie, on guitar. The track appeared on "Tramp on Your Street." This song even had a video on CMT for a while.
Eddie OD'd a few years back, but the Shaver albums are fine stuff.
YE HAW
This is a kick ass song.

You obviously don't get the concept of an eclectic radio station like this one. This is rockabilly at it best. Without the downhome vocals it doesn't have the right tone and character.

I got it now on PSD
