Just saying

One doubts that persistent "chemtrails" - trailing clouds that don't disperse, as opposed to the old ones that did - are a terribly effective means of dispersing any kind of chemical.

Unless you only want your mind control in that one tiny strip of the sky, tens of thousands of feet above the earth.

I suspect I don't know why I'm bothering, but what the hell.  As per Lazy's link below, those are "persistent" contrails, meaning they weren't necessarily formed at the same time.  Next, commercial aviation routes commonly follow specific corridors, many of which converge at specific locations (primarily for ease of navigation: those convergence points are easily and quickly identified to various nav systems, now mostly GPS).  That is, there are a relative few points in the sky through which many flights pass.  In the case of this particular photo, that point also happened to be at an altitude at which all of these flights (all either climbing or decending, which would also not be uncommon at a given waypoint) began or ceased to leave contrails. 

That or there's a Stargate there. . . .
