Huh.  Never saw that one.  *adds to Netflix queue*

Yeah, I'll admit it seems pretty contrived, but holy hell what a voice.  So really, who cares?

I finally watched this clip yesterday. And I have to admit, as cynical as I am, it just made my day. What a voice! I don't care if it was a carefully wrangled PR intro to her. I just want to hear more.

His fellow Britain's Got Talent judge, Piers Morgan, has offered to take Boyle on a date. Morgan recorded a video message on his blog offering a date after she confessed on Saturday's programme that she had never been kissed.

"I have decided to extend an invitation to Susan to take her out for a meal to a very romantic restaurant with some roses and some fine wines and some glamorous waiters to offer her the chance to break her kissing duck," Morgan said. "Susan, if you are watching, I am available."

  would you want to kiss Piers?

{#Puke}

She can do much better.

I wonder - is that guy, Paul single?  {#Think}  Can you imagine them singing a duet?

Wow!  I love stories (feel good?) like this!  She really seems to be the kind of person (#7) that deserves the opportunities that are likely to come her way.  I really hope her dream (#9) comes true!

Top Ten Things you never knew about Susan Boyle from The Daily Mirror

1. She's 47 years old (nearly 48) and grew up in Blackburn, near Bathgate, West Lothian, Scotland

2. She lives in the same house that she and her eight older brothers and sisters grew up in. She even sleeps in the same room.

3. She's never so much as been kissed.  She told us: "If someone even pecked me on the cheek, it would be nice, but I've never even got that close," says Susan.
