I'm so happy for you I cry tears! I knew you could do it of course and the rest will not just be hard work - it will be fun work! Stay in the kelp and the Universe will provide - as you have seen with your own heart. The moving in part is the best! Shop at thrift stores and consignment shops for wonderful surprise bargains for your living room - "stuff" with true meaning will present itself to you at every turn. I'm sure there's some decent furniture to be had at thrift stores in the area...and sometimes there are great deals on Craigs List, too - people who just want to be rid of stuff so they can leave town, etc.
