This is NOT the Eclectic music to include in the main mix. Maybe a dedicated (c)rap mix?
Lately, I've heard too much and while I realize continual playing normalizes it, It is objectionable.

With you here. That was simply unacceptable in an office environment.

A separate "NSFW Main Mix" would be a great place& to give a home to the very small minority of NSFW tracks in Main Mix, thus allowing Main Mix to be cleaned up. Then it could acceptably be played where currently it must be disallowed due to the rare but deal-breaking obscenity of, again, the tiny minority of tracks like this one.

For this case, a few bad apples have indeed ruined the thousands of delicious excellent ones.

Yeah... I'm no longer allowed to play Main Mix in the office now, after our director came right into a few real choice phrases basically shouted at him.

Very poor timing, since this is track such an outlier exception in the Main Mix. I would really love SFW Main Mix or some other form of an SFW option that omits such outliers. (Or even better, make that what Main Mix is, and add "Main Mix + NSFW" for what we have here now.)

For now, I've been informed Mellow Mix is SFW by design, so I guess that's where we'll be. Several of us really miss the vibes of Main Mix, but we certainly can't have offenses like this in the office.

Fuck all of that, "Oh, I'm getting old" shit

Keep fucking going 'cause we need you out here

Still only fuck with the real crowd (You know)

Bitch told me to act my age

Not finna fight this nigga, I'm 'bout to light this fuse
The fuck they thought? I was just gon' talk?
Let that ho shit slide? Now that ain't my style

I'm a OG nigga, you don't know me, nigga
I'm as solid as the one that came before me, nigga

That's good. I will subscribe now. I am sick of people feeling like they are entitled to whine about everything. I have learned about so many new artists and musicians because of this wonderful radio station. I don't spend my days whining. Get outside of your bubble for once. Otherwise, stick to those you congregate with.

No.  You are objectively wrong.

By subscribing, you are actively "supporting" that business or service.  You are therefore entitled to expecting some utility or satisfaction from that payment.  For example, you go eat at a restaurant.  You pay for that meal.  If it doesn't meet your expectations you have the right to seek redress.  Period.  Now, you may choose to ask for a refund, or a new meal or maybe you just choose to never return.  But as a consumer, you are absolutely right to seek satisfaction.  OP wasn't "whining" (that’s not whining by any reasonable definition), they were stating a real concern about the content of some of the material presented here.  Rap culture has a history of glorifying violence.  Whether or not it can be considered "artistic" is another issue, but OP has a valid point.  Many people ARE uncomfortable with these sorts of messages.  And RP has avoided them for many years.  That change isn't maybe what many people want, even considering the balance of new art and artists.  Ever heard the phrase "One bad apple spoils the bunch?"  Even one track that glorifies violence can shift the tone of a curated station.

Your ad hominem attacks are the bigger problem, though. You don’t get to decide what’s valid or not.  Telling someone to ‘go do something’ isn’t just dismissive—it’s self-righteous and unhelpful.  OP wasn't seeking your approval or suggesting that you follow suit.  Just saying that as a consumer, they might be withdrawing their support to show their disappointment.  Something, I suspect, that you've done regularly.
My life is too short for this much anger.

Sucks when you want the old mix everyone in the office was used to and pretty much really liked, then get told to eff off and use the mellow mix, that fewer in the office liked when tried or Skip when the sound is from a locked PC other can't get to skip.
Cool to hear Cube, and Eminem the other day, but KNEECAP  needs to get more attention
So repetitively borning
Pretty vulgar for the msin mix IMO

This is the 2nd time in two days I've heard Rap Crap with really objectionable lyrics on RP.  It's not the swearing (which is unnecessary) but talk about guns and glorifying gangster culture.  I am now seriously considering cancelling my auto-contributions after almost 20 years.  Sad but true.  I don't wanna listen to this stuff.

There is a ton of power for the people music that Bill plays.
Why not a rap or hip hop song?

Yeah.... Fuck no.
In other countries, they play stuff like this in shopping malls. So proud.
I'm at work and had to turn this up! I like this, RP. I know you're going to catch smoke but hey, bring the fire.

What we want and what we need are not always the same. Personally, I am grateful for this track!
