Could be considered a "Decent Attempt" at a Carbon Copy; but why...? If you're a tribute band, this would be fine to perform live; however, to record and release something this close to the original is truly ridiculous and lacks all creativity - and to play it intentionally is almost as bad, sorry Bill, please don't play this tripe when there are millions of more worthy recordings...
