Anyone else surprised by what feels like an increase in tracks (like this) that might be better heard/found on the The Globe instead of the Main Mix? It's ok, but I find myself often checking if I might have accidentally selected The Globe instead of the Main Mix…
Nice Tune with Talking Heads Cover inside. But seems longer than 5:07 to me, nevermind that.
come on RP..I've been listening to the same tracks for years now! Please search for new music 🤗
I may not be a big fan of 'world music', but now and then a song like this one comes on and drives further home how music truly is a universal language.

This is a nice track. Sad to see the low ratings. Main Mix is eclectic. That includes world music. I don't believe in giving low ratings to a song simply because that style of music isn't what I like. This is a well produced, well executed song and deserves a much higher rating than 5.6.

YES. I Agree.
Some of the best African beats come from Mali: Tinariwen; Salif Keita; Ali Farka Toure; Amadou & Mariam (LOVE); Fatoumata Diawara... so rich and diverse! Keep it coming RP!

Me Too. I gave it an EIGHT. Thanx RP!
Update: I just raised my rating to TEN! I just love the marimba, among many other things!
Love the African beats. 👍

They probably put them on "My Favorites" list!
I wonder what the people giving this song such crummy ratings give songs that are bad.

What I love about listening to lyrics that I do not understand is the way my mind takes up the slack and supplies meaning that is usually drivel, but still diverting.

Love this! Especially on a dark autumn day!
Keep up the afro beats Bill. Those of us born without rhythm need all the help we can get :)
Loving the rhythms in this

I'm speculating that William gets inspired by the selections of Eleni, the new DJ for the Globe, that he plays more of that on the main channel.
PS: I heard the track and saw your comment listening to the Globe.
