Thanks for that link. It puts the album in context.
The story about Ari Picker's mother (the woman on the cover) makes the song a lot more personal and powerful:

After hearing some songs from this CD I bought it. It's a bit of a quirky, thematic CD with an interesting back story. Still digesting and absorbing it. If you are looking for something off the beaten path, check it out.
A beautiful song. Truly beautiful and yet heartbreaking too.

Even the photo doesn't help.
Maybe this link, originally provided by Proclivities, will help you sort things out, ch83575.

Quite a lovely tune - from a local band; I wonder who uploaded it. I thought that woman on the cover looked somehow familiar - interesting story.

Mustn't have listened enough lately. Didn't hear this at all yet. Very interesting.
Hope to hear it again, so I can see if I want to bump it from 7 to 8.
why is this played so often? ugh.

Kinda sounds like the tornado in Kansas (The Wizard Of Oz)

Great emotional song. Hits your core.
Doesn't do anything for me even after repeated listenings.....
Used to be this one flipped from 5 to 6 and back. Now, most days it's a 6, but this morning - it just struck the right chord and made a 7.

No, I guess you're not local; good job.
Friends of mine had been telling me about this band for a while, but I was not familiar with their material until this album.
NPR's All Songs Considered raved about this band when their last CD/Album came out. There's some good stuff on that one as well, as I recall.

I really do hope the people rating this within the first 5 seconds of the very first play here have actually heard it before ;-)
I like it regardless of the album cover
Missed it.
