Shortfalls and little sins
Close calls where no one wins
Stand tall but running thin
I'm wearing thin
Oh, why are we keeping score?
'Cause if you're not laughing
Who is laughing now?
I've been wondering if we start sinking
Could we stand our ground?
And through everything we've learned
We've finally come to terms
We are the outsiders
We are the outsiders
I'm not leaving without a fight
I've got my holster around my side
Just 'cause I'm wrong it don't make you right
No, you ain't right
Oh, why are we keeping score?
'Cause if you're not laughing
Who is laughing now?
I've been wondering if we start sinking
Could we stand our ground?
And through everything we've learned
We've finally come to terms
We are the outsiders
We are the outsiders
We are the outsiders
On the outside, you're free to roam
On the outside, we've found a home
On the outside, there's more to see
On the outside, we choose to be
Close calls where no one wins
Stand tall but running thin
I'm wearing thin
Oh, why are we keeping score?
'Cause if you're not laughing
Who is laughing now?
I've been wondering if we start sinking

Hearing this i had to check to see if it was Nickelback that had infiltrated RP..

I see some luke warm comments. To each their own. I like them. They sound a whole lot like Kings of Leon.

Sounds like the singer from Counting Crows..

Honestly heard this first on XM. But love the song, and this isnt their only good song. And apparently they are a Christian band?!

Just checked out the cd... there are some good tracks here. I'm surprised RP hasn't add a few of them to their playlist.

I agree! The bands came out about the same time....it's a 6 for me, but I am thinking this could be their best effort. Hopefully they will prove me wrong!

Finally somebody has picked up the mantle dropped by Counting Crows and carried it forward. Yes that's sarcasm.
Good segue from Flogging Molly but the song itself is a little too earnest or something. Makes me think of 80s soundtracks. Kind of ooky. Okay. 5

These guys are from my hometown and went to the same college that I did. That's pretty cool. Oh, I thought the music was pretty good, too.

This still going? Weird. Thought it was over. Okay, straight-ahead country-rock. I've heard way worse here.
JUST saw these guys in Boston this past weekend- Will Hoge opened- went to see Hoge- but enjoyed NeedtoBreathe also!
Thank you for saying that, Fredrikson. It saved me from having to do it.
Not a fan of the vocals. MUTE
