The dead can dance.

Whether they can sing is another matter.
interesting musical composition, but makes me want to smash my computer.
No more, please.
Yeah. This sucks.
everyone today is sounding vaguely like Patti Smith

To each his own, but I have the exact opposite opinion.
I always thought this was about Wodja moore the james bond man.

Saw this live & it was amazing. One of the drummers was practically running in place while he pummeled his huge drum.
I've been a big fan of DCD right from their beginning. But....I so much prefer the studio version of this song. This one makes my teeth ache a bit, sad to say.
I like a lot of DCD, but this is just terrible yelling.
GREAT!

You, my children, are the water that will wash away all that has gone before. In your hand, you hold my light, the gleam in the eye of Set. This flame will burn away the darkness, burn you the way to paradise!

{#Stop} LOL!

Like my daughter would have said: "You're all a bunch of scare-dy cats!" {#Lol}

Good grief. This would be good in a film where the virgin is about to be ritually sacrificed to the vengeful animal/god Orgggh. Would add the appropriate tension to the scene.

I was about to say the same thing. I understand and appreciate what she's trying to do, mind, but I don't think it's effective. An instrumental version of this song would be great.

Thanks RP for playing this DCD Song again (after a longer timegap?)

BTW: gave it a solid 10

Simply awesome. In all respects of the word. Not sure I could listen to it over and over, but wow!
I understand that this isn't everyone's cup of tea but
DAMN!
I love it!

Everybody in my alien space craft loves this song...  Lisa Gerrard be speaking in tongues...  we be dancing buck naked and cross-eyed like Willy Shakes...
11 year hiatus in comments, perhaps from lack of playing? Just saying....
One of their best ever. Just awesome.
How can anyone NOT love DCD? I love medieval and renaissance music, too. I wouldn't have discovered it at all without DCD. Lisa Gerrard has one of the most amazing and chilling voices in the world. That I can hear this on the radio, even internet radio, is one of the things I love about radioparadise.

No kidding!!! Early (medieval and Renaissance) music is my favorite musical genre. Which is why I can not stand DCD, I suppose.
This song was really good until Lisa Gerrard opened her big mouth and ruined the song.

me too! The buildup, the power. Vocals, rythm, melody weaving in and out. 11!
I never thought I would hear DCD come from anywhere but my CD player... Thanks RP!!
