So long
Why'd you wait him so long?
After every single word is said
I'm feeling dead and gone

Along
Don't you drag me along
If you do, you know I'll follow you
Until the truth is known

I'll go anywhere you go, oh oh oh
I'll go anywhere you go, oh oh oh
All the way, all the way
I'll go anywhere you go, oh oh oh
I'll go anywhere you go, oh oh oh
All the way, all the way

So long
Why'd it take you so long?
Every time I hear the whistle blow
I'm down below, your pawn

Don't call me, I'll call you
Is what you say, I'll obey
Chill tonight, or eatin' right
I need to say, gotta say

I'll go anywhere you go, oh oh oh
I'll go anywhere you go, oh oh oh
All the way, all the way
I'll go anywhere you go, oh oh oh
I'll go anywhere you go, oh oh oh
All the way, all the way

Nah nah, nah nah, nah nah nah, nah nah
Nah nah, nah nah, nah nah nah, nah nah (Whoa oh oh)

There's a comment elsewhere on RP - not sure whether re this song or about another on the album - that the album title refers to the fault line, not the vehicle.
Kinda makes sense given the cracks in the concrete :)

You should never follow Led Zep with anything that contains drumming
Decent music completely ruined by vulgar production. The syrup effect.

Maybe it's the Akron connection.  These guys probably went to the same high school that Chrissie Hynde did.

How about you post a link to your music so I can contrive some equally pithy remarks.

Beautiful set for the dearly departed. Here's hoping Bill doesn't have to add to it anytime soon :(

At first I thought it was another version of The Pretenders' "Mystery Achievement".
Kent, Clash and now Keys. Magnificent triple!
Great song -- the down-voters bitching about "boring" lyrics forget that the first job of music is to be pleasing to listen to, and far too many songs are overly cluttered with vocals.
Good stuff
Boring song

I love the raw production and simplicity.

Very Clash-like.

Whacking off feels good (if you do it right).

Sorry to be a detractor, but I find most of their stuff repetitive and uninspired.  Perhaps I just find the production grating, but whatever it is, I put this band among the worst I've heard on RP, and certainly the worst of the bands that are played regularly.

It's refreshing in the song comments to read a post by someone who doesn't like what they're hearing yet it civil about it.
Cheers to you, HearsayDave!  Hope the next song suits you better.

Yeah; nice, isn't it?  Sometimes that repetitive, thumping bass and bass drum just do it for me.  KnowwhatImean?
Not a bad track on the CD - love the stomp!!  Glam Rock 2012 style!
hate this HAMMERING. STOP POUNDING. please
A great segue from Joe Bonamassa - crunchy raw blues to crunchy raw blues rock. This is in my top 10 of albums. The absolute dog's feckin' bollox, especially when played at 11 in the car {#Motor}. 9 from the stompin' Nottingham jury
This EXACT song is paused on my winamp, I stopped it to hear The Who on RP, and it came on after it on the radio..... weird :o

I don't want to like this. But I do.

Damn.
What is not to like? {#Drummer}
Thank you!  I'm insane for this album, and you're just feeding my addiction ...

Certainly not even close to their best material!

Actually far from it!

Just love this band and their terrifically layered sound.

Nice pairing! I'd pay good money to see Sheffield and Ohio's finest on the same bill. Where did you see them?

Plenty of room there for 2 guys.
Please enough already (Black Keys)...
And last night in Vancouver Canada, they put on a great show, preceded by the Arctic Monkeys.
Last night at the Maverick Center! (yes - bands come to Utah)

Certain parts of this kind of remind me of Gene Loves Jezebel ...

Better than a lot of stuff that gets more attention than this...but for Black Keys it's not the best. Kind of filler sounding to me...except for the driving rhythm section. Bass and drums have a nice pocket. Like that very much!
Interesting. Sounds like the background singers are saying, "Toga! Toga! Toga!" {#Lol}

It is true that initially the rawness and energy of their early albums is what made their music so vital.  However, whether you believe their album is overproduced or not, there is no denying the fact that they continue to write and record great songs.  They should not be penalized for growing and not wanting to be stuck producing the same sound forever.  And they are absolutely amazing live!!

I don't think their sound is "overproduced."  Sounds a bit raw to me, actually.  I'm liking it!

Didn't much like the previous album but this one struck the right chords somehow.
This band rocks {#Drummer}

Yes - they have their very own sound indeed!
This alone is great!

I just pumped up the volume on my "CREATIVE" PC-sound system
and can insure you,
this music is very-very different when heard loud!

OK - you already knew this....

I say, these Black Keys chaps are really rather good. I like the distinctive style. . . marvellous stuff.
Their recent performance on SNL was disappointing. It seems at first listen that this album is overproduced. Their power is in their rawness. Much was true about the White Stripes. Still a good listen.
More!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thought this was The Clash in the intro.
