I've done a similar side-by-side with photos of Mussolini and Trump. Each one stands before a dictator's best pal, a microphone.  They use a nearly identical hand gesture, an upraised forefinger that implies, "listen to me, you poor peons, I'm saying something important!"  And they have the same goofus rictus facial expression as they proclaim some pre-fabricated nonsense to the crowd.

Actually, these lyrics best apply to the current administration. Although promised, Nothing substantial has been done to improve the lot of those in the Ghetto. The rich have gotten richer and the markets are testing all time highs while race relations are worse than ever, the prisons are bursting at the seams and unemployment for those without education is sky high and worsening. 
If anything this song is/was an argument in favor of BERNIE SANDERS
