At the same time this was rocking the szene, the movie "Rocker" could be watched in german cinemas. Black & white, the biggest machines were BMW R 75, and we were fascinated. So the rocking time at the "Meeting of the elephants" started, always in February, with minus 15 in tents, at Nürburgring. Brrr, but great!
Makes me think of Dead shows hearing this, they played a killer version as well!

Me too, at least for a while long ago - but as somebody quite familiar with the Stones' and also Jager's solo oeuvre, I soon realized: impossible; it can't be Jagger. But still I remember that; everytime I hear this song. And doesn't Morrison sound incredibly like Jagger here?

Great Dylan cover, and I love that etherial backing music that I think I first heard in the Trainspotting soundtrack. Van Morrison is such a soulful singer.
I like this better than Dylan's version.
I was just going to write how amazing for someone to mix this song with Beck's but now I see it's all Van. Wow.
