Play it 20% faster and remove the African styled vocals and you have some good Benny Hill music.

You lucky duck.  I wish that I could have been there to see & hear him too!

Saw him live in Dubai in 2008. I must've been the only non-Zim there and it was a full-on dance fest . Was sad when he passed.

Not sure why this song is a 6, I give it an 8 at least.  Sweet song

Intro had me reaching .... Key beat intro took me to the other side! 20/10
This song makes you happy!

Agreed. This stuff is elemental to RP's magnificent music mosaic.
It certainly is NOT Top 40 Radio fodder like Cougar and Counting Crows, which bring nothing to this station.

Ace-marc, great alliteration.

Great music too.
Open your minds RP people

Thanks for playing it Bill!

RP's music is more eclectic than the taste of some of its listeners.
I tried, but it's just too long...
Reminds me hot times in DR Congo, Uvira

Cut it in half at least, it was fine the first five minutes...

So glad I saw him live! Saw him in a small hall just north of San Francisco and everyone was dancing along! I went by myself and had a great time.

Lots of blond beer in a thatched roof bar with a dirt floor for dancing.....    Happy times!

Way better than any reggae.

Alright, yes, better than instant psd.

Really like  Oliver Mtukudzi, ever since Tuku Music ('99).

Thank you RP, for including some good African music in your set lists. Appreciate it!

Really nice.  Can't help but remind me of Paul Simon's african excursions...
Way better than any reggae.
A party with grilled pineapple snapper and plenty of cold ones!
This song begs to be played at an outdoor party.  {#Bananasplit}

Has a very Graceland like sound.  Surprised he didn't play with Paul Simon at the Zimbabwe shows in 1986.

Maybe Paul Simon took that Graceland style from somewhere else.   It doesnt exactly sound like Elvis does it?

The drummer was distracted because he was looking for a PSD button. {#Cheesygrin}

Oliver is also a regular on the festival and concert circuit.  I've seen him live a few times now.  Perhaps that person in Swaziland doesn't realize artists these days make most of their income via touring.  And it was indeed RP, where I first heard Oliver.  One of the best finds, of a long list, IMO.

Swaziland is a land long on corruption, but short on global erudition. The bus I was on got arrested and we were confined to a parking lot for a day and a half until the appropriate bribe could be arranged and we were allowed to proceed on our way.

it reminds me of S.E. Roge

Possibly from  Zimbabwe with strong South African influence.  Can hear a similar beat on Paul Simon and graceland album playing with Roy phiri
I'm glad African music get thrown in here and there.
reminds me of Hugh masacala {#Bananapiano}

Ha ha. I see what you mean, but I kinda of liked it. "We're done."

Haha, I see what you mean, but at least it's an ending. I think it beats almost any fadeout. It sounds like the drummer was bored and decided the song was over.

I'm just happy it ended.

This is delightful!  Wow!
