Soulage ton coeur, soulage ton ame
Ah le monde change
Et tu crois que la derniere prise
Elle a mis du temps à ??
Ta douleur, ta douleur
Demain est une autre sortie
Ca fait mal à dire mais j'ai peur, j'ai peur, j'ai peur
Ah le monde change, le monde change
Soulage ton coeur, soulage ton ame
Ah le monde change, le monde change

A most excellent tune
Love it! One of the best live shows ever, Thievery Corporation at The Levitt Pavilion in Denver, July '21...
When I bent my ear enuff, the vocals called to mind were of Frou Frou! Just as enjoyable!
My Rel Sub loves this song!!
Feels like they are tunnelling into the bank vault via my 'bass'ment...
EXCELLENT!

And you think the last snuff

It has put some time on your pain

I don't speak or read French, so I am not especially concerned with these lyrics - it's a cool groove.
Anyhow, I did a rough Google translation, and the translated lyrics — while not the most world-shattering ones I've read — don't seem especially "rubbish-like" to me, but I guess it's all subjective anyhow.
"I think that the world is calculated
I think that everything is framed
Our thoughts are drawn in the air before
And you think that the last decision
She put? to your pain
Open your eyes the world is changing
Oh I know that one day
Oh I know that one day
To see more clearly
You have to forget all the lies
Ah the world changes, the world changes
Relieves your heart, relieves your soul
Ah the world changes
And you think that the last decision
It has been a long time?
Your pain, your pain
Tomorrow is another output
It hurts to say but I'm afraid, I'm afraid, I'm afraid
Ah the world changes, the world changes
Relieves your heart, relieves your soul
Ah the world changes, the world changes"

Is this the song that I always get confused for Book of Fears' "The Water Lets You In" that was the Bloodline theme song? Maybe if Mr. Bill plays The Water Lets You In I can get myself out of this too-similar song conundrum.

No doubt!  It's bumping my system hard enough to go 7 bump 1 to 8!

Long Live RP!#
TC is moving into my "most listened to" realm lately. Maybe it's the weather...

Bill's on a roll! Time to contribute.

Good band. Very good disversity.
Their best album...the one I fell in love to them by....Two rich kids from DC....whouldathunk? They played the Greek like 6 yrs ago and the bass was deafiningly ridiculous...

Why am I overcome with a sudden burst of horniness whenever I hear TC?

Hey Bill, you could also play the "So com voce" from the same album. Thanks.

@ Schnorr : the normal process is that YOU as a listener upload the song in 256kb/s in mp3 from the CD you own. Then it goes to the listeners advice on "channel 2". Then if selected by enough PROS (vs, CONS) and ultimately by Rebecca it may go hopefully to the mainstream playlist. Then you wait about 3-5 years and it will be on.
--O  >> ..that's me being a sucker for this song..8!..
Hey Bill, you could also play the "So com voce" from the same album. Thanks.
The World. Like Thievery Corp...but not especially keen on this.  Reminds me of being lost in a mound of bubbles in a champagne glass or something...

Ten months since this was last played on RP, wow. Nice way to start my saturday evening but then I dont speak french. {#Rolleyes}

I hate the lyrics, they are rubbish!
Trés bon, trés agréable. Une voix douce :)
pissed that I missed them at Coachella
btw - Bill, nice set, sitting around drinking wine with dinner on a sunday night and this was a nice set for that

I'm buying this one. I love TC but I don't have this album. Let me just click over there and get it. It's beyond good.
