Look how perfectly these ladies' dance syncs with the rhythm of this song! Just remember to mute the video, heh

Well, let me put it this way: Your taste is not The Universal Norm. We all have our own and it's the best one.
Entertaining. Not my first choice of tune though. I hope I will be forgiven
Watch them live in Lugano!

Exactly.
Learning to Fly can go in the garbage can.

He can, and he does (or Rebecca does) and we LOVE them for it!

Was at The Dead show, Willy Nelsons 4th of july south of Austin I believe 2005... Fantastic weekend but I ran into a a young lady I knew from work... she was in college.  I used to play a lot of recordings I had from Hearts of Space...she loved it. burned her some cd's. Ran into her at the show prior to The Dead show and she turned me onto Afro Celts...cd Seed!  OMG.... fantastic music!  Good Karma...

like it!  8!
I normally give electronic music a thumbs down but this makes me happy.

Laugh out loud moment.  Yeah I know, LOL Sorry still clinging to the 20th Century.  Which explains how I know what you're talking about.   Proclivities wrote:

It grows on ya after a while. An 8 from me. :)

To the hot tub? That's what I hear :o)
Like Em Gryner, introduced to me on _Open Mike with Mike Bullard_,
And now for something completely different.
I thought this was Gordon Lightfoot.
I love it. I wouldn't listen to this a lot, but the 4 albums of theirs  I have get regular airings. Great blend of styles. Not too many people doing this.

Huh. I was half-listening to this, and was startled to hear the singer listing off the names of towns in Guinea, West Africa, where I used to live (Conakry, Faranah, Siguiri, Boke, etc.) Looked it up, & turns out the singer is N'Faly Kouyate, a Malinké djeli (storyteller/musician).

Cool!
I can flick and randomly double click in the Icecast Radio Directory of VLC if I want to hear this type of music.
I like some ACSS and saw them support Radiohead, but not this and not here.

Disturbing @ work :-(
Beurkk!
This is a really good song to listen to in headphones while you're taking a run. The beat is just awesome to push you.
Not the best song on the album by far. Listening straight through the whole thing I've found is by far and away the best way to be able to appreciate this ablum. The songs are designed to flow into each other, and thus sometimes sound chopped or out of place when you play just one.
doesn't move my body, heart or soul. Can't go better than HO HUM with those 3 strikes.
Uh, Rolf, we get the idea. I don't agree, but....I definitely get your point.

Nothing that makes the music....just composing software and equipment to mix, equalize, etc.

I've always found it amusing that things look, seem or sound so EASY to those on the outside. It might be more difficult than you think. I think these guys are incredible, but I guess that's obvious.

A seamless segue from JM Jarre. Way to go, Bill.
YYYYYEEEEAHHHHHHHHHH! Go ACSS! An 8.

really.... I've never thought of doing that. When you date yourself, do you have to buy yourself dinner before you will put out? hmmm...

On another day, I may have rated this song higher....but today it just gives me a headache! Make it stop!

This sounds like someone going apesh*t in a kitchen full of hanging pots and pans. Ick.
Just cranked it way up and annoyed no end of fellow employees. TOO BAD. I love this tune.

Way too sterile
why does this always remind me of that awful Chumba Wumaba band?
Hypnotic! This is where the hip dance rhythm becomes the star of the show.
Not sure about this one... ok to hear everyonce in awhile, but, to myself it sounds a lot like electronic programed techno-pop, that goes to far into the electronics and isolates the listener from the musicians. Is it live or is it Intel?
