Meh on this song. Schoolboy Heart would have been a better choice. Cheeseburger in Paradise & Margaritaville are worn out beyond belief - there are many other wonderful Buffett songs. It's too bad that Cheeseburger & Mville are the dominant perception of this guy's persona. I'll see if I can upload a few...

I like Buffett because he is just plain fun. The two songs you mention are good examples of the fun.

This song makes me wonder if I have been too hasty in writing off Jimmy Buffet because of the other songs I have heard in the past (like Cheeseburger in Paradise, or Margaritaville).

I'm with you. Having said that, I do find that I enjoy this particular song much more than his other material.

Never did, and still don\'t, understand the big deal about Jimmy Buffett. Not a fan of his, don\'t think I ever really will be.

I haven\'t really followed Buffett as closely as I used to. (Even though I\'m familiar with Desdemona, from the Space Station Bake Shop..) But this is pretty cool...Actually, this has a definite Steely Dan/Donald Fagan vibe going on. Thanks for playing the JB.
